What should I do if I get sick and need medical assistance outside regular office hours? How do I contact the hospital when I need care? What should I do in an emergency?

Moving to a new country often means learning how things work differently from what you are used to back home. Navigating the healthcare system can be especially challenging, as it is not always clear which services to contact for different situations, whether you need urgent care or general medical advice.

Join us for an informative evening with paramedic Casper Peters, who will guide us through the different parts of the Danish healthcare system and explain what to do in a variety of situations. Together, we will explore how the system works and where to turn when you need help.

During the event, you will receive practical information and have plenty of opportunities to ask questions.

Practical information

The event takes place from 17.00-19.00 at Borgernes Hus, Østre Stationsvej 15, 5000 Odense C. We will meet in the Music Library area.

Please feel free to arrive a few minutes early, as the presentation will begin promptly at 17.00.

Participation is free of charge, but registration is required. A light snack will be served during the event.
